摘要
攀钢新建360 m2烧结机自2010年12月20日投产以来,通过整改和完善设备缺陷,优化操作参数和工艺技术优化攻关,烧结矿产质量快速提高,取得了360 m2大烧结机半个月达产的优异成果。目前,利用数达到1.420 t/(m2.h)以上,作业率保持在97%以上,烧结矿转鼓指数达到73.2%以上,满足了炼铁高强度冶炼需求。
Since the commissioning of new 360m2 sintering machine of PanSteel in December 2010, the sinter output and quality were increased rapidly by a series measure of technical researching and e- quipment mending , the design aim was achieved completely within a half of month. Now, the sintering productivity has been exceed 1. 420 t/（ m2. h） , the operating rate has been exceed 97% , the sinter drum index has been exceed 73.2% , and iron making high requirement is satisfied.
