摘要
以甲基丙烯酰乙氧基三甲基氯化铵作为功能性单体,与丙烯酸酯类单体共聚合成了防雾树脂,并以该防雾树脂作为成膜物,加入固化剂,配制成具有优异防雾性和耐水性的防雾涂料。分别研究了引发剂用量对树脂黏度和相对分子质量的影响,功能性单体用量和羟基含量与涂料性能之间的关系,以及施工条件对涂层性能的影响。
An antifogging resin was prepared by use of methacryloxyethyhrimethyl ammonium chloride as a functional monomer and acrylate monomer. And antifogging coatings with excellent antifogging property and water resistance was prepared by use of obtained resin as a film former and curing agent. The influences of amount of initiator on the viscosity and molecular weight of the resin, the relationship between the amount of functional monomer, hydroxyl content and the performance of coatings, performance of coatings were respectively studied. and the influences of application conditions on the performance of coatings were respectively studied.
