丙烯酸微凝胶的合成及其在阴极电泳涂料中的应用

摘要 采用环氧-季铵盐型分散树脂和水溶性阳离子引发剂合成了丙烯酸微凝胶,其稳定性优良,添加到阴极电泳涂料中可显著提高涂膜的边角保护性。 An acrylic microgel with good stability were dispersant and water soluble cationic initiator, which obviously improve the film edge protection performance synthesized were added by use of epoxy-quaternary ammonium salt to cathodic electrodeposition coatings can obviously improve the film edge protection performance.
