论群体性事件的预防与处置方略

Study on the Strategies of Preventing and Resolving Group Incidents

当前我国正处于社会转型时期,群体性事件呈现出易发、多发和群发态势,对社会稳定的影响日趋加大。为了更好地预防、处置群体性事件,力图从群体性事件产生的诱因入手,分析当下群体性事件的主要特点以及处置的难点,提出相应的对策,以期对公安实践工作能够有所帮助。

China is in the period of social transition and group incidents show prone,multiple and mass trend.This will exert increasing impact on social stability.In order to better preventing and resolving group incidents,the author analyzed the main features of group incidents and difficulties in resolving from the perspective of incentive for group incidents and puts forward appropriate countermeasures,which can be expected to be helpful for the practice of public security bureau.
