浅论大学生法律教育

On the University Students' Legal Education

大学生法律教育不是指专门的法律院校和法学院系对学生进行的法学专业教育,而是指目前在所有非法学院校中对学生进行的《法律基础》课教育。这种教育的目的是在普及法律知识的基础上增强学生的法律意识,让学生将学到的法律知识通过"知"、"情"、"意"、"行"这一过程,真正内化成为自身的道德,指导自己的日常行为,做知法、守法、护法、用法的公民。通过介绍大学法律教育的定义、特点、基本内容等引出树立法律意识的重要性和增强法律意识的渠道。

The legal education described in this article does not refer to the professional legal education of a special law college or legal department on the students,but currently the legal foundation course education for students in all illegal school.The purpose of the education is enhancing the legal awareness of students on the basis of the popularization of legal knowledge,makes the students learning the knowledge of law by the process of understanding,love,meaning,action,truly changing into their own moral,guiding their daily behavior,becoming the citizens of knowing the law,abiding the law,maintaining the law and applying the law.In this paper,the author will introduce the definition and characteristics,basic contents of legal education in university,to lead to two issues,the importance of setting up the legal awareness and the channel of enhancing the legal awareness.
