鄂尔多斯盆地天然气资源及开发利用前景

Gas Resources and Prospects for Exploitation in the Erdos Basin

截止到1999年底,鄂尔多斯盆地已探明天然气地质储量5385亿立方米。到2003年,长庆气田天然气生产能力将达到70亿立方米,作为“西气东输”的首输气源,每年向上海供气20亿立方米。本文介绍了鄂尔多斯盆地天然气管网布局及市场开拓情况,对鄂尔多斯盆地天然气勘探开发的经济效益以及长庆气田重点项目的经济评价结果进行了分析对比,展望了“西气东输”工程与鄂尔多斯盆地天然气开发利用的前景,并就从政策上鼓励天然气资源的开发利用等问题提出了建议。

At the end of 1999, proven gas reserves in the Erdos Basin were 338.5 billion cubic meters. By 2003, annual gas production from the Changqing Gas Field will be 7 billion cubic meters, and will supply 2 billion cubic meters per year to Shanghai through the gas pipeline from Xinjiang to Shanghai. This paper introduces the current status of the gas pipeline network and gas market development in the Erdos Basin, and makes a comparative analysis of the economic benefit of gas exploration and production in the Erdos Basin. The paper also attempts an economic evaluation of the key projects in the Changqing Gas Field, prospects for the gas pipeline from Xinjiang to Shanghai, and gas utilization in Erdos Basin. Suggestions on policies to encourage the development and utilization of natural gas resources are also raised.
