摘要
目的探讨正常人群碎裂QRS(fQRS)的分布特点。方法连续随机选取不同地域8672例社区人群的体检结果作为研究样本,分析体表心电图中fQRS的分布部位、性别及年龄流行病学分布特征。部位分布依据体表心电图确定:下壁导联(Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF)、前壁导联(V1-V5)、侧壁导联(Ⅰ、aVL、V6);研究人群每20岁作为1个年龄梯度,共分5个年龄段。结果人群年龄16~94岁,平均年龄(52.5±12.8)岁。心电图中fQRS波总发生率为21.49%,下壁、胸前和侧壁导联fQRS的发生率分别为13.13%、6.56%和6.61%,fQRS多发生于下壁导联,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001)。男性发生率为27.37%,女性为18.26%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001);5个年龄段之间fQRS的发生率存在差异,随年龄增长fQRS发生率逐渐增加,且二者呈正相关(r=0.7864,P=0.005)。结论 fQRS的分布存在性别及年龄的差异,老年男性人群fQRS多发,且多出现于下壁导联。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of fragmented QRS complex (fQRS)in apparently healthy subjects.Methods The study was comprised of 8672 members of community population selected continuously and by random from a single region. ECG and routine medical examinations were performed. Prevalence and distributing features of fQRS in different ECG locations,sex and age were analyzed. The location of inferior wall leads(Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF)、anterior wall leads(V1-V5)and lateral wall leads ( Ⅰ 、aVL、V6)were confirmed. Every 20 years was used as a gradient, and there were 5 groups in all. Results The mean age of subjects was (52.5±12.8)years (16~94). The overall incidence of fQRS was 21.49%,and the incidence of inferior wall、anterior wall and lateral wall was 13.13%、6.56% and 6.61%,respectively. More FQRS were located in inferior wall leads than in anterior or lateral walls(P0.001). The incidence of fQRS in males was significantly higher than that in females(27.37% vs 18.26%,P0.001);and the incidence of fQRS positively correlated with age (r=0.7864,P=0.005). Conclusions The locations of fQRS vary with gender andage difference and are more likely seen in males and aged people,and also in leads of inferior wall.
