摘要
叙述了Prism膜分离技术在加氢裂化装置用于提浓回收加氢裂化尾气中氢气的情况及特点 ,同时对运转中存在的问题进行了探讨和分析。 7年的生产运转证明 ,正确的操作和增加简单尾气的预处理等措施可有效地优化Prism的运转 ,既节约大量投资和能源 ,又可灵活地调节整个用氢装置的氢气平衡 ,对于提高经济效益具有重要意义。
The application and features of Prism membrane separation for hydrogen recovery from hydrocracking tail gas is presented. The problems in running were investigated and analyzed. Seven year running proved that operation optimization can be effectively realized by right operation and adding simple pretreatment of tail gas. The said technology can not only save the investment and energy, but also can flexibly regulate the refinery hydrogen balance as well as raising the economic effect.
