摘要
利用超声波测厚仪及其配套的探头对炼油装置和管道进行定点在线测厚 ,从测得的剩余壁厚通过编制的计算机程序进行腐蚀速率的计算和剩余寿命的评估 ,进而判断设备的腐蚀状况 ,是保证装置长周期运行的重要措施。
The on line measurement of wall thickness of refinery equipment and pipeline at fixed spots were carried out by ultrasonic instrument. The remaining wall thickness was used for life evaluation and corrosion rate calculation through computer programming. It is an important measure for judging the corrosion state of equipment to ensure long term operation of the unit.
