催化蒸馏技术在醚类生产中的应用

CATALYTIC DISTILLATION FOR ETHER PRODUCTION

介绍了齐鲁石油化工公司开发的催化蒸馏技术和混相反应技术。该技术可用于生产高纯度MTBE(纯度大于 99% ,MSBE含量小于 0 .1% ) ,异丁烯的总转化率大于 99.5 %。在中型试验装置上进行了该技术用于生产TAME的试验研究 ,叔戊烯总转化率为 92 %～ 96 %。

Techniques of catalytic distillation and mixed phase reaction developed by Qilu Petrochemical Company were introduced.It can be used to producing high purity MTBE(purity>99%,MSBE<0.1%) with the conversion of isobutylene more than 99.5%.Bench scale test for TAME showed that the total conversion of tert pentene is 92%～96%.
