摘要
深入研究了除油水力旋流分离器的流动机理和分散油相的流动特点及处理方法 ,并采用计算流体力学的原理和方法 ,建立了研究液液水力旋流分离器的物理模型并给出了修正的三维K ε模型即RNGK ε模型和分散油相的代数滑移混合模型ASM。利用该模型 ,计算得到了水相和分散油相的等浓度分布图及用于判断旋流分离器分离性能的流量 压力降曲线、流量 效率曲线和粒级效率曲线 ,利用实验得到的数据 ,对三条曲线进行了验证。结果表明 。
Both flow mechanism and flow characteristics of dispersed oil phase in deoiling hydrocyclone were studied.The physical model of liquid liquid hydrocyclone was established and the corrected three dimensional k model(RNG k model) and the algebraic slip mixture (ASM) model for dispersed oil phase given by computation fluid dynamics.Three kinds of curves used to evaluate the separation efficiency were obtained,including the relationship between flow rate and pressure drop,the flow rate and separation efficiency as well as the particle diameter and grade efficiency.The calculation results are well in accordance with the experimental data.
