介绍了武汉石油化工厂设备研究所开发的HT0 1油溶性缓蚀剂的合成、中试和工业应用情况。注氨控制pH 6～ 9,加入HT0 15 μg/g ,挂片实验A3钢的腐蚀速率小于 0 .2 4mm/a。常压塔顶冷凝水中铁离子含量小于 1mg/L。加入HT0
The synthesis,bench scale test and commercial application of the HT01 oil soluble corrosion inhibitor developed by Wuhan Petrochemical Plant were introduced.When the concentration of HT01 is 5 μg/g,controlling the pH 6～9 with ammonia,the corrosion rate of A3 steel is less than 0.24 mm/a.The content of ferric ion in overhead condensate water is less than 1mg/g.It has no effect on the quality of product gasoline.
