摘要
2011年我院成为国家联系试点、北京市综合改革试点医院。一年来,在卫生部指导下,在北京市有关部门领导下,我院以人民群众得实惠、医务人员受鼓舞、医院发展有活力为目标,坚定方向,开拓思路,落实公立医院改革各项政策措施,积极探索创新医院管理体制和运行机制,推动改革取得了阶段性成果。
Beijing Friendship Hospital became the pilot of national healthcare and Beijing comprehensive reform in 2011. Over the past year, under the guidance of the Ministry of Health and the leadership of the municipal departments, the hospital managers aimed to benefit the people, encourage the medical staff and activate the hospital development, made sure the direction and expanded the mind, carried out the various policy measures of public hospital reform, and actively explored to innovate the hospital manage system and operation mechanism, to achieve the substantive results.
