摘要
高职院校艺术设计教育的发展,必须强调师资的内涵建设和综合素养的深度发展,建立高素质的教师队伍,保障艺术设计专业教学质量,从而有效提高艺术设计教育的竟争力,促进学校可持续发展。
The development of art design education in higher vocational colleges needs to strengthen the teachers＇ connotation construction and deep department of their comprehensive literacy. It is the key of colleges＇ continuous development to build a teaching team with high quality and to guarantee teaching quality of art design specialty so as to improve the competitiveness of art design education.
