摘要
以键合金丝为研究对象,基于显微测量数据利用多项式函数拟和的方法获得了描述金丝形状的数学函数,并建立起其有限元模型。模态分析结果表明,键合在刚性基础上的金丝的基频为4923 Hz,在航空电子设备振动能量集中的2 000 Hz频段内没有模态;进一步的应力分析表明,键合金丝最脆弱的方向为其所在平面的法向;损伤分析结果表明,给定的随机振动载荷不会对所研究的金丝造成损坏。
In this paper a kind of gold bonding wires(GBW) is studied.At first,the mathematical function which describes the shape of GBW is obtained by polynomial fit of the data point derived from the measuring microscope.Then GBW is modeled in ANSYS using the beam element.The modal analysis shows that the first order nature frequency of GBW is 4 923 Hz,So there is no resonance below 2 000 Hz,where vibration energy of avionics concentrates on.Moreover,Z direction is determined as the weakest action direction of GBW.In the end,it is concluded that GBW will not be damaged by the random vibration load mentioned in this paper from the results of damage analysis.
