摘要
随着电子设备功率密度的不断提高,强迫液冷等高效冷却技术得到日益广泛的应用。流量分配调节是液冷系统特别是大型机载液冷系统的重要环节,提高流量分配精度不仅能保证各支路流量满足设计要求,还可以有效降低总流量需求,节约冷却资源。文中介绍了一种半实物仿真流量分配调节技术,利用流阻特性仿真原理,采用流阻模拟件代替真实组件或子系统进行流量分配调节,可显著提高流量分配调节的效率和精度,并可降低研制成本和缩短研制周期。
With increase of power density in the electronic equipment,the highly efficient cooling technology,such as the forced liquid cooling,is more and more widely utilized.Adjustment of the flow distribution is very important in the liquid cooling system,especially in the large airborne liquid cooling system.Not only the rate of flow in every branch can be ensured,but also the overall flow can be decreased by improving flow distribution accuracy.A flow distribution adjustment technology on hardware-in-the-loop simulation is introduced in this paper.The adjustment of the flow distribution uses the simulated structures which have the same flow resistance characteristic as the real units.The technology can obviously improve the accuracy and efficiency of the flow distribution adjustment and can also reduce the cost and shorten the research period.
