聚酰亚胺纤维纸基材料成纸性能的探究 被引量:8

摘要 采用聚酰亚胺纤维和聚酰胺酸纤维为主要纤维原料,加入一定量的聚氧化乙烯(PEO)和芳纶浆粕抄造聚酰亚胺纤维原纸,并在特定的工艺下对原纸经行浸渍和热压处理,实验主要对纸张的强度性能、电气性能以及耐热性能进行了探讨分析。实验结果表明,当采用单一的聚酰亚胺纤维为主要纤维原料,PEO和芳纶浆粕的加入量分别为0.06%和6%时,纸页有最佳的强度性能和电气性能。 Using polyimide fiber and polyamic acid fiber as main materials, adding a certain amount of PEO and aramid pulp, polyimide fiber paper was made, and impregnated and hot pressed the paper in a particular process. The study mainly discussed the paper's strength properties, electrical properties and heat resistance. Experimental results showed that when using polyimide fiber as the main fiber materials, 0.06% dosage of PEO and 6% dosage of aramid pulp, the sheet has the excellent strength properties and electrical performance.
