摘要
实验以氧化淀粉为高分子分散剂,利用正硅酸乙酯水解生成硅溶胶与丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸十八酯、阳离子单体DMC、乙烯基硅氧烷偶联剂进行无皂乳液聚合,制备硅溶胶/淀粉阳离子苯丙乳液表面施胶剂,研究了阳离子单体DMC、正硅酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)的用量对硅溶胶/淀粉阳离子苯丙乳液表面施胶剂作用效果的影响。研究发现最佳的反应条件为淀粉:单体=1∶2,阳离子单体10%,苯乙烯∶丙烯酸丁酯为1.3∶1、丙烯酸十八酯为3%、正硅酸乙酯为2%,甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)为2%,FeSO4/H2O2为0.03。
Experiment with oxidized starch polymer dispersing agent, using TEOS hydrolysis of silica sol acrylate, styrene and octadecyl acrylate, acrylic acid, cationic monomer DMC, vinyl silicone coupling agent, emulsifier free emulsion polymerization was carried out. A stable silica sol/starch cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion surface sizing agent was prepared. The influence of DMC, TEOS, methyl acryloxy propyl trimethoxy silane ( KH570 ) dosages on the effect of silica sol/starch cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion surface sizing was studied. The results indicated that the optimum parameters were as follows: the ratio of starch/monomer 1/2, DMC dosage 10% ,styrene/ butyl acrylate 1.3 : 1 ,octadecyl arylate 3% , ethyl silicate 2% , methyl acryloxy propyl trimethoxy silane ( KH570 ) 2%, FeSO4/H2O2 was 0.03.
