摘要
本文分析对比了碱回收白泥和商品轻质碳酸钙(PCC)的微观性能,通过控制反应条件可以制备出不同晶形的碱回收白泥。结果表明碱回收白泥的微观性能逊色于商品PCC,主要表现在晶形和粒径方面,优化消化工艺和苛化工艺能够明显改善白泥的微观性能。合适的生产工艺是CaO用量为100%、苛化时间为120min。
The different properties between white mud and commercial precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) were discussed and various morphological white mud was prepared by controlling the reaction process. Results showed that micro-properties of white mud are inferior to those of comerical PCC, especially morphology and particle size. The micro - properties of white mud were improved by optimizing the slaking and causticizing processes. The proper reaction condition was 100% CaO additive and 120 min causticizing time.
