双螺旋挤压法未漂高得率制浆废水生化处理研究

摘要 双螺旋挤压法(TSE)未漂高得率制浆废水通过絮凝处理可以将大部分悬浮物质和部分胶体物质除去,但是仍含有溶解的有机物和部分胶体物质,这部分物质只能通过生化处理或膜处理来去除。本文研究了厌氧和好氧活性污泥的驯化以及处理此废水的可行性。驯化完成后,当厌氧进水CODCr负荷为10000 mg.L-1时,好氧出水CODCr维持在1200~1300 mg.L-1左右,CODCr去除率可以达到87%,处理效果理想,处理后的水可回用于制浆或洗涤工段。 Most of suspended material and partial colloidal substances of the wastewater from twin-screw extrusion pulping can be removed by flocculation treatment in advanced, but the dissolved and some colloidal substances are still in the system. These substances can be removed by biochemical treatment or membrane treatment. This paper studies on the acclimation of the anaerobic and aerobic activated sludge and the possibility of the wastewater treated by biochemical treatment. After acclimation of anaerobic and aerobic activated sludge, as the CODcr of the inlet wastewater of aerobic unit was 1000 mg/L, the CODcr of the outlet wastewater of anaerobic unit uas about 1200 - 1300 mg/L, and the CODcr reduction can achieved 87%. The treated wastewater can be reused in pulping or washing.
