摘要
合成塔是大型氨厂的关键设备之一,因其材质限制,在合成触媒升温前首先要进行塔壁升温。阐述了某企业合成塔暖塔的改进措施及效果,并对合成塔暖塔作了进一步优化设想。
Synthesis converter is one of the key equipment of large ammonia plant. Wall of converter must be warmed before increaing the synthetic catalyst according to its material limitation. Improved measurements and the effect of a synthesis converter warm tower in an enterprise is expounded. Further optimized envisaged on synthesis converter and warm tower is proposed.
