摘要
对尿素中粉尘的产生原因进行了分析,提出了相应的改进措施,通过更换喷头、减少喷头堵塞,解决造料塔底部尿素板结和尿素粒子固化不完全的问题,可有效降低尿素中的粉尘含量。
The reason leading to urea dust is analyzed. A corresponding improving measures is proposed. By replacement nozzle, reducing nozzle clogging, solving the problem of urea compaction and urea particles curing incomplete at the bottom of of granulating tower can effectively reduce urea dust content
