浅析公安标准报批稿中常见问题

Analysis on Problems in the public security draft standard for approve

由于多种原因,目前不少公安标准即使到了最后的报批稿阶段,文本中仍然存在着许多问题,严重影响了标准的质量和使用。本文结合公安标准化技术审查工作实践,对标准报批稿中常见的问题进行梳理和分析,并提出了相关改进意见。

At present a lot of draft public security standards have many problems, which seriously affects the quality and use of standards. Taking into consideration the practice of technical review of public security standardization, this paper analyzes the common problems of draft standards, and puts forward relevant suggestions for improvement.
