摘要
熵的概念起源于热力学,是含能系统做功能力状态描述的函数,它具有哲学性的内涵,能应用于对其他学科系统的状态评价。熵内涵已在信息论、生命科学等学科中得到引伸应用。日本学者在上世纪70年代在标准化著作中引入了熵的概念,用于对无序化的形容,但没有提出标准化熵的学术内涵和数学模型。本文深入分析了热力学熵的理论关系,将熵的概念向标准化学科延伸,创建了标准化熵的概念及其数学模型,在文中深入讨论了标准化熵的内涵,给出了标准化熵对产品系统设计质量评价、交通系统运行质量评价、服务系统服务质量评价、标准体系的标准质量评价的应用方法,提出了标准化熵进一步工作的内容。
The conception of entropy originates in thermodynamics. It is the function that describes the capacities of power in energy system. Entropy has the connotations of philosophy. It can be applied to evaluate the system states in other disciplines. The connotations of entropy have been introduced into the disciplines of information theory, life sciences and so on. The conception of entropy was introduced into a standardization book by a Japanese scholar in the 1970's. It is used to describe the state chaos. But the scholar could not put forward the conceptions and mathematics models of standardization entropy. The entropy theory relations in thermodynamics are deeply analyzed in this article. The entropy conceptions are introduced into standardization discipline. The entropy conceptions and its mathematics models are creatively established in this article. The standardization entropy connotations are deeply discussed. The standardization entropy applying methods for the design quality evaluation in products system, the quality evaluation in traffic operation, the serving quality evaluation in service system and the standard quality evaluation in standards system are provided. The farther working contents of standardization entropy are brought forward.
