Instigation on the Research Work of Quality Supervision Standardization Institute

本文对质量技术监督系统标准化研究院发展历史进行了简要回顾,并对质量技术监督系统标准化研究存在的问题进行了分析,提出了标准化研究应与科技发展和区域经济社会发展相结合,融入科技创新体系的观点。

Through brief review on the history of development of Standardization Institute in the quality and technology supervision system and analysis on the existing problems in the study on the quality and technology supervision system standardization, this paper puts forward the viewpoint that standardization study shall be combined with technological development and regional economic and social development and shall merge into the technological innovation system, with the purpose to achieve a qualitative leap for the study on the regional quality and technology supervision system standardization.
