重庆市彭水县中小河流治理规划设计与建设管理

Design and construction management for harnessing of small and medium-sized rivers in Pengshui County,Chongqing City

重点阐述了重庆市彭水县中小河流治理规划设计阶段堤线布置和堤型选择,对合理的堤线布置和堤型方案进行了评价分析,因地制宜地提出采用混凝土堤防和砌石土堤,既合理利用了当地材料又保证了防洪安全。对中小河流治理建设管理经验进行总结,通过采取招投标、监理、合同管理、质量管理等手段有效保证了工程质量。建成后,成立专门堤防管理机构,加强维护,使其防洪效益得以充分发挥。

We demonstrate the ideas of dike line layout and type selection in the harnessing of small and medium-sized rivers in Pengshui County,Chongqing City and the reasonable layout and scheme are evaluated and analyzed.It is concluded that concrete and masonry levees should be combined reasonably to utilize the local materials and meet flood control requirements.We summarize the management experiences in the regulation projects,through tendering and bidding,supervision,contract management,quality control,the construction quality is guaranteed.After the completion of the harnessing of small and medium-sized rivers,a special authority is established to strengthen the maintenance of dikes for bringing their flood control effect into full play.
