云南省昭鲁河桃源段综合治理与管理措施

Comprehensive harnessing and management measures of Taoyuan Reach of Zhaolu River in Yunnan Province

昭鲁河桃源段治理是云南省昭通市启动治理的第一条中小河流。整治工程堤型设计为梯形断面,堤线按现状河道堤防布置迎水坡,下部为柔性格宾网护坡,上部为植草护坡,形成一条蜿蜓的自然生态河、景观河。介绍了工程实施过程中,在发动群众参与治理、施工管理、建后管理方面所取得的经验。经过治理,河道的洪涝灾害得到有效控制,保障了当地农业生产发展。

Taoyuan Reach of Zhaolu River is the first regulated small and medium-sized river in Zhaotong city.The embankment type is designed as trapezoidal cross-section,the slope protection of flexible gabion for water surface of the lower embankment and planting grass revetment for the upper embankment forming a natural,ecological and landscape river.The harnessing experience of encouraging local residents to participate in regulation and management during and after the construction is introduced.After harnessed,the flood disasters are controlled effectively and the river plays an irreplaceable role in agricultural production.
