摘要
针对湖北省中小河流设计洪水和水面线推算中的难点问题,根据不同类型河流,提出了不同的计算推求方法。山区中小河流设计洪水通过流量途径和暴雨途径进行推求;丘陵地区中小河流设计洪水的推求要考虑梯级水库的调蓄作用;平原湖区中小河流水面线推求要结合流域防洪调度方式,并考虑干支流洪水遭遇的复杂情况。按上述方法推求的设计洪水和水面线的成果,已运用于部分中小河流整治工程,结果是偏于安全的。
Aiming at the difficulties in calculation of water surface profile and design flood of small and medium-sized rivers in Hubei Province,different calculation methods are proposed according to different river types.The design flood discharge of mountainous rivers is obtained by discharge and rainstorm.The regulation storage of reservoirs should be considered in calculating design flood of small and medium-sized rivers in hilly area.The flood regulation mode in basin should be made clear in calculating the water surface profile of plain rivers,so is the complex flood encounter of mainstream and tributaries.The application in some regulation works of small and medium-sized rivers shows that the calculation results of design flood and water surface profile is simply safe.
