浅谈重庆市中小河流治理建设项目规划思路

Preliminary discussion on planning ideas for harnessing of small and medium-sized rivers in Chongqing City

重庆市中小河流属于山区和丘陵区河流,受暴雨洪水和河道坡降大、泄洪不畅等基本因素影响,洪灾破坏损失严重。重点介绍了重庆市中小河道治理规划的思想、治理项目的布局原则以及主要的治理方案和工程措施。针对进一步解决防洪保安和改善生态环境等问题,提出了动态管理规划治理项目、优化项目治理方案等工作建议。

The small and medium-sized rivers in Chongqing City are distributed in mountainous and hilly area.Influenced by storm flood,large channel slope and insufficient flood release capacity,the flood disaster losses are heavier.We introduce the planning concept,layout principle of the projects,main schemes and structural measures for harnessing of small and medium-sized rivers in Chongqing City.In the light of the problems of flood control safety and ecological environment improvement,the suggestions of dynamic management and planning for river harnessing and optimization of harnessing schemes are put forward.
