摘要
为在小尺寸空间内实现拔销和切割功能,设计了一种兼具拔销和切割的双功能作动器。根据其作用原理、技术要求进行了结构设计及特点分析,并对影响功能的主要参数进行设计及试验验证。结果表明设计的拔销切割双功能作动器满足技术指标要求。
A kind of dual-function actuator was proposed in the paper, in order to realize pulling pin and cutting function in small dimension. The structure of actuator was designed and its characters were analyzed, based on function principle and technical requirement, and main parameters affecting function were designed and verified by tests. It indicated that the dual-function actuator can meet with the technical requirement, and has small size.
