摘要
针对小直径管壳内径测量的现状,研究了一种基于超声波的检测方法,实现了非接触检测;通过与千分尺测量结果进行对比,表明超声波检测方法能够快速准确地得到测量结果,满足了此类管壳零件的内径测量要求。
Aimed at measurement situation ofsmall-diameter package, akind of measurement system based on ultrasonic inspection method was designed, which can realize non-contact detection. The comparison results between ultrasonic inspection and micrometer detection showed that, the ultrasonic inspection method can obtain results accurately and fast, and meet with the requirement of internal diameter measurement for small-diameter package.
