Relationship Among Agricultural Science,Technology and Standard

没有农业标准化,就没有国家现代化。在农业步入标准化过程中,农业标准、农业科学和农业技术的关系必须明确。研究认为,农业科学在于发现,农业技术侧重发明,农业标准推动应用;农业科学和技术的发展以农业标准为基础,农业标准创新则以农业科技成果和经验为根本;农业科学和技术直接作用于农业标准,农业标准直接推动农业科学和技术发展。三者之间存在着相互依存、互为支撑和共同进步的内在联系。在促进农业发展方面,农业科技是潜在生产力,农业标准是直接生产力;农业标准通过应用,推动农业发展,农业科技通过农业标准,使其内能的释放可发挥到最大。

There will be no modernization of a country without agricultural standardization. During the process of stepping into the world of agricultural standardization, the relationship among agricultural standard, agricultural science and agricultural technology should be clarified. With previous research, agricultural science emphasizes ex- ploration;agricultural technology addresses invention and agricultural standard promotes application. The develop- ment of agricultural science and technology sits on the basis of agricultural standard. The creation of agricultural standard is based on the experience and achievement of agricultural technology. Agricultural science and technology directly affect agricultural standard, and agricultural standard directly promotes agricultural science and technology conversely. Agricultural science, technology and standard are interdependent and are all seeking common develop- ment. On the aspect of promoting agricultural development, agricultural technology is the potential prolificacy while agricultural standard becomes the direct prolificacy. Through application, agricultural standard promotes agricultural development and agricultural technology can maximize its inner power by agricultural standard.
