经济发达地区农户土地流转影响因素的实证研究

An Empirical Study on Determinants of Rural Household Farmland Transference in Developed Areas

农户土地流转是区域农地市场发育的基础。利用江苏省调查数据,采用Heckman两步法,从土地供给和需求两个方面对影响农户土地流转的因素进行了分析。结果表明,非农就业、社会保障水平、区域经济发展水平等均是影响农户土地流转行为的重要因素。提高农村劳动力素质,建立完善的农村社会保障体系,不断提高农村保障水平,是促进农户土地流转、完善流转市场的根本。

The rural household farmland transference is the foundation of farmland market development. This paper uses the field survey data of Jiangsu Province and Heekman Two-stage model, to work out determinants of farmers ＇ land transference from the view of supply and demand. The result shows：non-farm work, rural household security level and regional economy development level, etc. are determinants of rural household farmland transfer- ence behavior. Therefore, increasing rural human capital investment, establishing and perfecting the social security system in rural areas and continuously improving security level are important ways to promote the farmland marketdevelopment.
