海外耕地投资模式探析

Probe on Overseas Farmland Investment Patterns

近年来,由于多重因素的影响致使国际市场上粮价大幅上升,粮食安全危机不断显现。在这样的背景下,不少国家开始实施海外耕地投资进行粮食种植,以保障其国内的粮食安全。通过对国际市场上海外耕地投资的现状进行梳理,总结了目前国际上实行的3种典型的海外耕地投资模式——公对公模式、私对公模式和私对私模式,并对每种模式的基本思路、特征、优缺点以及适用对象进行了分析和比较,以期为我国海外耕地投资决策与模式选择提供参考。

In recent years, the grain prices in international market have increased significantly due to multiple factors,and food security crisis continues to appear. In this context, many countries began to invest in overseas farmland for growing grain, to protect their domestic food security. By sorting out the situation of overseas farmland investment in the international market, this article summarizes three typical patterns of overseas farmland invest- ment- public to public, private to public and private to private, analyzes and compares the basic ideas, features,ad- vantages and disadvantages,and applicability of each pattern.
