战斗精神是我军克敌制胜的一大法宝.军队院校是我军人才培养的主渠道,有责任大力开展忠实履行新世纪新阶段我军历史使命的教育活动.针对学员战斗精神缺失的严峻形势,从六个方面探索了学员战斗精神培养的有效途径,以谋求打赢未来局部战争能力的提高.

The fighting spirit is one of the important factors that constitute the fighting power,and a treasured scheme for our PLA defeating the enemy as well.It is known to us that the military academies are the main channel for our military personnel training.And we have the responsibility for developing the educational activities that perform faithfully our military force＇s historical mission in the new phase of new century.Aimed to the severe situation that our cadets lack of fighting spirit,this article explores an effective way of training cadets＇ fighting spirit in terms of six aspects,to strive for an improvement on our military abilities to win the local wars in the future.
