强酸性树脂催化合成醋酸甲酯动力学

Kinetics of catalytic synthesis of acetate acid with methanol over strong acidic resin

摘要 在釜式反应器中研究了Amberlyst-15强酸性离子交换树脂催化合成醋酸甲酯的反应动力学,考察了搅拌速度、反应温度、催化剂用量等影响因素。结果表明,随着温度的升高,反应速率增大,而反应平衡常数减小;催化剂用量与反应速率常数基本成正比关系。分析并计算得到了酯化反应的动力学参数,建立了反应动力学方程。 Kinetics of catalytic synthesis of acetate acid with methyl alcohol over Amberlyst-15 was carried out in a stirred tank reactor.The stirring speed,reaction temperature,amount of catalysts and other influencing factors were carefully investigated.The results showed that the esterification reaction rate was accelerated with increasing reaction temperature,but the reaction equilibrium constant decreases;the reaction rate constant was proportional to the amount of catalyst in these experiments.The kinetic parameters of the esterification reaction were analysis and calculated,and the kinetic equation was established.
