摘要
采用碳酸钠-氧化镁熔剂中高温灰化样品,然后用比浊法测定氯的含量。使用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮作为稳定剂,提高了方法的稳定性。实验表明,方法的摩尔吸光系数ε=2.85×104L/(mol.cm),RSD=3.506 5%,线性范围为0~4μg/mL,加标回收率为98.5%~100.8%,在体系中加入5 mL聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液,体系在80 min内是稳定的,并且增敏作用较好。克服了SY/T 6300中测定低含量有机氯时,取样量小,后续用容量法测定,误差较大及终点不明显的缺陷。
Using sodium carbonate-magnesium oxide flux in the high-temperature ash samples,and then determination of chlorine content by nephelometry.Use PVP as a stabilizer to improve the stability of the method.The experiments showed that this method of molar absorptivity ε = 2.85 × 104L/(mol·cm),RSD=3.506 5%,linear range 0~4 μg/mL,the recovery rate was 98.5%~ 100.8%,5 mL PVP solution was added in the system,the system is stable in 80 min,and the sensitizing effect of better.Overcome the defects when SY/T 6300 determination of low content of organic chlorine determination sampling a small amount of the order of measured volumetric method errors and end point is not obvious shortcomings.
