TH-607Ⅱ油田水处理用缓蚀阻垢剂的性能研究

Performance research of TH-607Ⅱcorrosion and scale inhibitor used in oilfield produced water treatment

考察了TH-607Ⅱ油田水处理用缓蚀阻垢剂的阻垢缓蚀性能。结果表明,TH-607Ⅱ对CaCO3、CaSO4、BaSO4垢的阻垢率分别为95.65%,97.87%,92.99%,腐蚀速率为0.055 1 mm/a,符合Q/SY 126—2007标准要求,特别是对BaSO4垢的阻垢效果极佳,可用作油田注水系统、工业循环冷却水系统的阻垢分散剂,尤其适用作Ba2+、Sr2+离子稳定剂。

Study on the scale and corrosion inhibition performance of TH-607 II oifield water treatment corrosion and scale inhibitors.The results showed that the scale inhibition rate of TH-607 II for CaCO3,CaSO4,BaSO4 is 95.65%,97.87%,92.99%.The corrosion rate is 0.055 1 mm/a.It meets Q/SY 126—2007 corrosion and scale inhibitor for oilfield produced water treatment standard.Especially for barium sulfate,it has good scale inhibition effect.TH-607 II can be used in oilfield water injection system and industrial circulating cool system.TH-607 II can effectively stabilize Ba2＋ and Sr2＋ in water system.
