摘要
采用三维数值模拟的方法,对某船舶进气系统整体气路进行求解,研究中考虑消音器、竖井、进气蜗壳等结构。采用定常方法研究百叶窗、滤清器、消音器等结构的阻力对进气系统的影响,结果表明所采用的模拟各结构阻力的方法是有效可行的。采用非定常的方法研究外界条件变化对进气系统进气能力的影响,并得到前后压差随测点位置和外界条件的变化规律。
The 3D numerical simulation was used to calculate the flow field of a ship intake system.The influence of silencer,silo and helicoid was concerned.On the basis of steady simulation,which the resistance induced by inlet shutter,filter and silencer was concerned,unsteady simulation was carried out on the variation of pressure difference induced by the inlet conditions between front and back intake system.The relation between the inlet conditions and the pressure difference was analyzed.
