摘要
知识经济的最大的特征在于将知识、信息视为最重要的生产资料,把人创造知识的能力和运用知识的技能视为推动经济的最重要因素。设计是一种集中体现艺术与科学技术创新能力的实践活动。站在商业化、市场化的角度看,知识经济时代的设计创意正成为这个时代新兴的大众消费对象,成为产业链上创造最多附加价值的生产要素。而处于创意产业核心地带的设计,更将成为拉动整个创意产业发展的引擎。创意的设计也将承担起整合技术资源、文化资源的角色,成为中国企业实现从"中国制造"到"中国创造"转型,我国经济走向可持续发展道路的关键。
The main feature of the knowledge-based economy is to value knowledge and information as the most important production material, and regard the ability to create and the skill to use knowledge as the key factor to boost the economy. From the perspective of commercialization and marketization, design and innovation in the age of knowledge-based economy is becoming the public consumption and the factor of the production chain with the most added value. What’s more, the design which lies in the center of the innovation industry will even become the engine that pulls forward the whole industry. Also, the creative design will play the role of the source of technoledge and culture, turning "Made in China" into "Created in China", which is the key to the sustainable development.
