摘要 目的公平、公正分配护士奖金,加大一线护士的福利待遇,提高护士工作的积极性和护理质量。方法护理部与信息部合作,试行了电子护理绩效分配机制,即在医院信息系统和企业资源计划系统中将电子排班子系统,护士绩效考评子系统及移动护士工作站中的信息进行关联,准确地统计出各科室的工作量及护士个人的绩效得分。财务部依据系统统计的科室工作量及护士的绩效得分进行奖金分配。结果护士的绩效奖金增长了10%~20%,工作繁忙的科室体现得更明显;绩效改革后病房各项护理指标合格率均较改革前提升。结论电子绩效考评系统的应用真正实现了多劳多得、优劳优得原则,有效地促进了护士工作的积极性,从而提升护理质量。 Objective To fairly allocate bonus among nurses,to improve frontline nurses′ welfare treatment,and to boost their enthusiasm for work and quality of nursing service.Methods The departments of nursing and information worked together to try out an electronic merit system for nurses.Researchers connected the electronic shift arrangement subsystem,nurses′ performance appraisal subsystem,and personal digital assistant with the Hospital Information System and the Enterprise Resource Planning System to form the merit system which could calculate workload of all units and nurses′ performance scores.Then the financial department allocated nurses′ bonus based on the workload of all units and nurses′ performance scores.Results Nurse′s bonus has increased by 10%-20%,and those working in busy units earn more.The qualification rates of nursing indexes which point to the quality of nursing service have been hoisted after the merit reform,as compared with those before the reform.Conclusion The electronic merit system for nurses has fully demonstrated such an incentive policy-more work,more pay,and better work,higher pay,which has boosted nurses′ enthusiasm for work and quality of nursing service.
