摘要
建立了三氯化铁作为提取剂提取金属铝的分析方法,采用L9(34)设计正交实验方案,并选取了最佳的提取条件。实验表明,样品平行测定的相对标准偏差在1.07%~1.94%之间,回收率为97.0%~100.8%。该方法的精密度和准确度均较好,实现了复合脱氧剂中金属铝的快速、准确测定。
The analysis method for extracting aluminium metal by taking iron triehloride as the extractant is determined. The experiment is carried out based on the orthogonal test scheme with L9 (34) design, and thus optimal extracting conditions are selected. The experimental results show that the relative standard deviation (RSD) obtained by determination of replicate samples is between 1.07% and 1.94%, the recovery rate is between 97.0% and 100.8%. So this method is precise and accurate and then the determination of aluminium metal in complex deoxidizer can be done by rapid and accurate way.
