镁钙复合喷吹铁水脱硫扒渣工艺优化

摘要 针对鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂三工区脱硫扒渣工序实际生产情况,对铁水的喷吹工艺、扒渣工艺进行了优化,优化后,在为转炉稳定提供硫含量小于0.002%低硫铁水的同时,脱硫粉剂镁粉单耗降低了0.12 kg/t钢,扒渣铁损降低4.95 kg/t钢,达到了低成本生产高附加值钢种的目的。 The injecting and slag-skimming processes for hot metal are optimized with regard to the actual conditions on desulphurizing and slag-skimming procedures at the No.3 Workshop of General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd.. Based on that not only the hot metal with content of S less than 0.002% can be supplied smoothly to the converter, but also the consumption of magnesium powder for desulphurization agent is decreased by 0.12 kg per ton of molten steel and the iron loss during slag skimming process is 'cut down by 4.95 kg per ton of molten steel so that the target for producing the steel grades with high added value by the way of low cost can be achieved.
