摘要 介绍了鞍钢GCr15轴承钢棒材的生产工艺流程。通过对转炉冶炼和炉外精炼工艺的控制,使GCr15轴承钢化学成分符合控制要求,钢中全氧含量达到0.001 0%以下,满足用户要求;精炼过程采取顶渣成分控制和弱氩气搅拌技术,使钢中夹杂物尺寸控制到10μm以下;采用低过热度浇注、电脉冲技术、控制铸坯加热时间和初轧、终轧温度等技术,改善了钢坯的中心偏析和疏松。 This paper introduces the process flow for producing GCrl5 bearing steel bar in Angang. Based on controlling the smelting process by converter and secondary refining, chemical compositions of GCrl5 bearing steel can meet requirements demanded by users. For example the total content of oxygen in steel can be controlled less than 0.001 0%. And during refining, both the technology for controlling the composition of top slag and the stirring process by weak argon are adopted, and so the sizes of inclusions in steel can be controlled less than 10 μm. On the other hand some other technologies such as low superheat casting, electrical impulses, controlling the time for heating a billet in the heating furnace and temperatures for starting rough rolling and fin- ish roiling are used and as a result the center segregation and porosity of the billet seldom occur than hofnre.
