本文通过对北京团市委与毛主席纪念堂管理局合作开展毛主席纪念堂志愿服务项目的分析,归纳了常态化背景下创新首都志愿服务工作与最高政治性的展馆开展志愿服务模式的创新,提出了通过岗位实践和志愿服务理论培训提高志愿者的综合素质,切实发挥以毛主席纪念堂志愿服务项目育人的项目创新思路。
