摘要
为了确定机器引起的振动对某纺织车间厂房结构安全的影响,采用振动测试技术与建筑物质量检测技术相结合的方法进行了综合分析.测试及分析结果表明,机器引起的振动不影响该厂房的结构安全,但是影响到了工人的正常工作.结合工程实际情况,提出了相应的减振解决方法,采用并列2条生产线机械运行方向措施后,厂房结构振动明显减小.
In order to determine safety influences of machines vibration on a textile workshop, combined vibration test technology with building quality measurement techniques, a comprehensive analysis has been made. Test and analysis of results showed that the machines vibrations are not of influence up on the workshop structure, but affecting normal workers. Combined actual situation, authors have put forward a solution for vibration reduction that machines have been arranged in the direction of side-by-side two-line, the vibration of workshop reduces significantly.
