卫生服务可及性研究的理论与实践 被引量：9

摘要 1卫生服务可及性的概念卫生服务可及性是WHO提出的,表示居民去初级医疗卫生机构的方便程度,即满足居民最基本医疗卫生需求在空间上的难易程度〔1〕。为了便于测量这一概念,美国医学科学院（Institute of Medicine,IOM）定义可及性为：及时的个人卫生服务利用获得尽可能好的健康结果〔2〕,进一步把卫生服务利用与健康结果相联系。卫生服务可及性研究是指通过个人实际发生的卫生服务利用,
