摘要
针对我国锻件在位检测装置和测量方法落后的问题以及立体工业摄影测量现场控制场建立难的问题,开发出三目立体工业摄影测量系统,并提出系统外部参数标定方法,将控制场坐标系建立在相机上。试验证明,利用三目立体工业摄影测量系统解算物方点坐标的精度为0.201mm,验证标定精度的可靠性,满足在高温锻件测量现场建立简单、有效的高精度立体工业摄影测量控制场的应用需求。
Aiming at the problems of which the measurement device and technology of forging parts on-line are poorly developed and which it is hard to establish the object space rectangular coordinate system on the scene of stereo industrial photogrammetry, it presents trinocular stereo industrial photogrammetry system and its calibration method for external parameter, which the object space rectangular coordinate system is established on the camera. The related experiment proves that the measurement precision of calculated ob- ject point coordinates is 0. 201mm in trinocular stereo industrial photogrammetry system, which validates the reliability of calibration, and meets with the application demand for constituting simple, effective and high precision stereo industrial photogrammetry control scene in large scale precision measurement.
