General large-scale statue-casting project consists of the small scale model model and art reshape, blocked wallboard casting and indoor pre-assembly, a process. It presents form 1 ＂ 1 plaster model to the site installation of the molding ment, including large statue-casting system such as engineering blocked wallboard （1＂ 10）, 1＂ 1 nd on-site technique structure, lnst plaster allation of measure- installation technical requirements, measuring installation positioning method, as well as the construction process in the measurement of technical requirements, taking in a 48m buddha head installation as an engineering ex- ample. Conclusion is made on the installation measurement technologies and methods, which provide refer- ence for similar projects.
