摘要
目的探讨结直肠癌边缘区微淋巴管密度(microlymphatic density,MLD)和临床病理的关系及其与血管内皮生长因子-C(vascular endothelial growth factor-C,VEGF-C)表达的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学SP(streptavidin-perosidase,SP)染色法,对我院收治的124例大肠癌相对应的癌边缘区组织、癌中心组织、正常组织进行淋巴管染色,分析不同样本中淋巴管分布特点,并检测相应组织中VEGF-C的表达,结合结直肠癌临床病理参数和预后进行统计分析。结果结直肠癌中心区及浅表部位淋巴管多为闭锁的条索状,边缘区淋巴管多呈管样扩张。结直肠癌边缘区组织MLD为(51.6±22.8),较癌中心组织MLD(29.2±9.8)和正常组织MLD(25.4±9.40)显著增高(P<0.01)。结直肠癌边缘区MLD与肿瘤临床分期、组织学类型、淋巴结转移等显著相关(P<0.05)。124例结直肠癌边缘区组织中VEGF-C阳性表达者74例(P<0.05)。结论结直肠组织中存在新生淋巴管,淋巴管主要分布于肿瘤边缘;结直肠癌边缘区MLD的增加与肿瘤淋巴及远处转移有关,和VEGF-C的表达呈正相关。
Objective To study the relationship of expresssion among MLD ,VEGF-C and the clinicopathological parameters in the colorectal carcinoma correspondent peritumoral tissues. Methods The expressions of VEGF-C and MLD were detected by immunohistochemistry SP staining in 124 cases of colorectal cancer correspondent cancer peritumoral tissues,cancer adjacent tissues and normal tissues, analyzed the characteristic of lymphatic distribution . Results The lymphatic vessels in colorectal cancer center and the superficial parts tissues were more cord-like atresia, mostly tube-like expansion in the peritumoral tissues. MLD of colorectal peritumoral tissues(51.6 ±22.8), compared with adjacent tissues(29.2±9.8) and normal tissues(25.4±9.4) was significantly higher(P〈0.01). MLD with clinial stages,histological types,lymph node metastasis was significantly associated (P〈0.05) in the colorectal carcinoma peritumoral tissues. The positive expression of VEGF-C was 74 cases(P〈0.05) in 124 cases of eolorectal carcinoma peritumoral tissues. Conclusion There were lymphangiogenesis lymphatic vessels in the coloreetal careinomal tissues and the lymphatic vessels mainly distributed in the tumor margin zone; the increase of MLD was associated with tumor metastasis, prognosis and positively correlated with VEGF-C in the colorectal carcinomal peritumoral tissues.
